Snap N Share is operated by Event Photos Australia. This is a plain-English summary template — have it reviewed before commercial launch.

What we collect

When you register a photo card we collect your name and email address, and we link the event photos you appear in to your card.

Why

Solely to deliver your event photos to you. If you ticked the optional box, the event organiser may also contact you; otherwise your details are never shared with them — they receive attendance numbers only.

How long

Photo galleries are deleted 90 days after the event (the exact date is in your delivery email). Registration details are deleted within 12 months unless you opted in to organiser contact.

Your rights

Email pat@eventphotos.com.au any time to have a photo hidden or your details deleted — we action requests promptly under the Australian Privacy Principles.
